Repeat prescriptions should be ordered at least 48 hours in advance. It would be helpful if patients could order all their repeat medication at one time. For acute prescriptions contact the receptionists. Urgent non-repeat prescriptions are usually ready 24 hours after ordering. Repeat prescriptions will be ready 48 hours after ordering. For acute prescriptions telephone the surgery number 028 9046 7630. For repeat prescriptions, telephone the dedicated line 028 9046 7646.
Please do not order repeat prescriptions for any other person during surgery consultations.
(If your chemist collects your prescription you must advise them when you order it from us and they must give us 48 hours to process.)
